- ABAndrew B2 days ago1.0Slow (25+ minutes to prepare a single meal after ordering), unavailable food items (due to lack of key ingredients)
- ASAfreen SheikhOct 12, 20261.0Poor service. Thai Express is one of my favourite fast restaurants and I’ve had a good experience with every location except this new one. They stop serving you 45 minutes before they close- they cancel Uber orders even when there is more than enough time for them to take orders- which is any restaurant’s policy and they don’t pick up your phone. My brother had gone there earlier and he received poor attitude and customer service. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this location unfortunately deserves one. Do better.
- NHNicole HerendaOct 6, 20261.0Disappointed in the lack of effort. My noodles were so dry
- MMMichelle MOct 1, 20261.0My chicken dumplings were dry. There was no sauce added to them. The last time I ordered it had peanut sauce. More attention to my order would’ve been appreciated.
- CCCeliaSep 16, 20261.0I ordered this through Uber Eats. The fried chicken was extremely dry and clearly seemed like it had been sitting for a long time. The oil also tasted old, as if it had not been changed for a long time. I only ate two pieces and did not dare eat any more. Shortly after eating it, I developed severe stomach pain and felt extremely nauseous, like I was going to throw up. The taste and quality of the chicken were very concerning.
