  First and last time I will visit this location — or any Mucho Burrito. I expected much more from a brand called Mucho Burrito – Fresh!, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. 1. Food: The food did not taste fresh at all. The quality seemed poor, with processed ingredients and food that have been reheated rather than freshly prepared. It was not what I expected from a restaurant promoting itself as “Fresh.” 2. Prices and menu clarity: The pricing is confusing and not clearly explained. I ordered a combo, but it was not clear what was included. Even the person at the counter could not properly clarify what was included, particularly regarding the drink. What exactly does “Fountain” mean? I ended up paying an additional amount and, even after asking, I still don't understand why. 3. The churros: The churros were another disappointment. They were very small, and the chocolate sauce was added directly onto them without asking whether I wanted it or not. The promotional picture shows six churros beautifully presented on a plate with two sauces. What I received was completely different — much smaller churros with the chocolate sauce already poured over them. If the presentation and portion are going to be significantly different from what is shown, I think customers should at least be informed. 4. Atmosphere and service: The restaurant was clean, but the seating area is extremely small. Finding a place to sit was fine on a Tuesday morning, but I can easily imagine it becoming a problem during busy periods or weekends. I was also surprised to be asked for a tip. This is essentially a self-service experience, so I don't understand what the tip is supposed to be for. There was no table service. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the brand's emphasis on freshness. I expected much better quality, clearer pricing, more accurate food presentation, and a more customer-friendly experience.

  Had a great experience at this Mucho Burrito! The owner Mitul was so kind and did a wonderful job preparing our food. Great service made the food even better! Highly recommend this location to all!

  Nothing personal, but this review is meant to open people’s eyes to how some franchises are being run. I had a very disappointing experience at this Mucho Burrito location. I placed a Buy One Get One Free order through Uber Eats and went to the store to pick it up. The Uber Eats app only allows a limited selection of toppings and doesn’t include all of the salsa options, so I politely asked if they could add a little extra sauce. Instead of helping, the owner told me that if I wanted extra sauce, I would have to remove some of the other toppings. He then said, “You only paid for one burrito. I’m paying out of my own pocket for the second one.” I found that comment completely unprofessional. If a restaurant chooses to participate in promotional offers, customers should not be made to feel guilty for using them. Promotional costs are part of doing business, and it is not appropriate to tell customers that the owner is personally paying for their food. To make matters worse, I also purchased a drink separately in the store and paid for it. When I asked about it, the owner went back to check the receipt as though I was trying to get it for free. That was frustrating because I had already paid for it. If this location does not want to honour promotional offers with good customer service, they should reconsider participating in those promotions instead of making customers feel uncomfortable for using them. Customer service costs nothing, but today’s experience left a very poor impression. Save yourself the disappointment.
