Dear Mrs. and Mr. McDonald, I hope this message finds you well. On this lovely day August 21st I was running late for work and did not have time to make my 3 fried eggs for breakfast. I went to work finished a small project and deceived to make my way to your establishment. While looking over the menu I couldn’t decide if I wanted to two egg n cheese breakfast sandwiches or the combo deal of two egg burritos. While I’m typically not a burrito guy the better deal was the burrito combo deal for $6 vs $10 for the two egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Driving back to the office I was excited to get my chompers on the TWO egg burritos, to only be highly disappointed that they were MINI size egg burritos and when I say mini check out the photo. Even a 10 year would still be hungry after downing two of these bad boys. Save your money and head over to BK instead.

I had the worst experience at McDonald’s tonight. Around 12:30 AM, I went through the drive-thru with a friend after having two shots at the doctor earlier that day. My left arm was extremely sore and I could barely extend it. When I got to the second window, I paid normally with my right arm. When the employee handed me my bag, he barely extended his arm toward me, even though the window was a significant reach from my car. My left arm was the closest to the window, but because of the pain, I physically couldn’t reach very far. Instead of simply handing me the bag properly, Dhrumil aggressively shoved the bag toward me because he apparently thought I was “playing games.” I immediately explained that my arm was in pain and that I genuinely couldn’t reach. I asked to speak to the manager, only to find out that Dhrumil was the manager. Rather than apologizing or showing any basic level of customer service, he continued accusing me of playing games and being disrespectful toward me. I then asked for the owner’s name because I wanted to make sure the situation could actually be addressed. He told me the owner was “maybe Ryan.” If Ryan is in fact the owner, I would hope he is made aware of how his manager is representing the restaurant. And if you’re a manager, you should absolutely know who the owner is and be able to provide accurate information to a customer who is asking to escalate a legitimate complaint. As I was leaving, I saw Dhrumil turn to another employee and laugh about the situation. Completely unprofessional. And when I got home, my fries were completely soggy on top of everything else. I understand that working a late-night shift can be stressful, but there is zero excuse for treating a customer this way, especially after they explain that they are physically unable to reach something because of pain. This was not a difficult situation. A little understanding and basic professionalism would have solved everything. Instead, I was made to feel like I was intentionally causing a problem when I was simply trying to get my food. If this is the standard of customer service being provided by management, it seriously needs to be addressed. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

Stopped by during peak lunch rush and was blown away by how fast the line moved. The order was 100% accurate, everything was piping hot, and the drive-thru team was super friendly despite being busy. Perfect spot when you need a quick, dependable meal on the go.

Really sketchy restaurant, even despite the renovation they still have too many workers at once delivering late orders regardless of if it's drive-thru or in-person. A lot of the workers also ironically don't know how to carefully prepare simple orders such as a latte or a Big Mac. Their coffee always comes out to be badly filtered, and the Big Mac's they make always have way too much sauce on it making the meal an incredibly messy experience to eat. A decent place for families to dine-in, but not for individual adults.
