  The burgers here are really delicious 🍔—especially the chicken burger. The staff are very friendly. I was just passing through, but I’ll definitely come back for another delicious meal. These days, places like this are hard to find.

  The staff was rude and the manager was worse. I have been to so many McDonald's locations - globally, and no place offered me a unique experience like this.

  I had a really disappointing experience at the McDonald’s drive-thru recently. My girlfriend and I ordered two McFlurries and a medium fry, and from the very start, the service was extremely rude. When we were ordering, the employee responded with things like “what do you want” and “yeah” in a condescending tone, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. To make things worse, she never told us our total or even instructed us to pull up to the window. When we eventually drove forward, there was no greeting at all, she just held out the payment machine without saying a word, then handed us our food the same way. After I said “thank you,” she immediately shut the window on us and turned away. Unfortunately, it didn’t end there. When we started eating, we found hairs in our food, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. The employee’s name was Reet. Overall, this was a very poor experience due to both the lack of basic customer service and the cleanliness issues. I would not expect this level of service from a place like this, and it definitely needs to be addressed.

  I am here to eat my breakfast this morning, such a pathetic customer service by Amandeep Kaur. I did my order numbered 932 and 933. Forget about greeting, she made a pathetic facial expressions as in I haven’t paid for my breakfast. Such a bad customer service. No thanks, no greeting just bad attitude. Why you guys put someone at front when they can spoil customers whole day ???
