No idea how the chicken is, to be able to rate. Was there today, Friday, around 7 pm. NO CHICKEN! 20 minute wait. No thank you! They apologized. But....apologies only mean something when you thrive to do better. The last three times I have gone to this location, NO CHICKEN! Truly they don't care. Shows in the reviews.

I recently ordered the Zinger Drip Sandwich Box Meal from this location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.
To begin with, one of the self-service ordering kiosks was not functioning properly, and I was directed to use another machine. After placing the order, the wait time was excessive—over one hour for just three orders.
When I finally received my meal, I noticed several issues with the food quality and order accuracy. The burger was not properly wrapped in foil or paper, and the sauce was excessively overfilled, causing it to leak out of the box. In addition, I ordered Mega Fries but was given a small fries instead.
The customer service was acceptable, and the staff were polite; however, the overall experience fell well below expectations. It appeared that there was a lack of attention to quality control and operational efficiency. Based on this visit, I would not recommend stopping at this location.
I believe this franchise would benefit from closer oversight and support from higher management to address these recurring service and quality issues. Unfortunately, there seemed to be little concern from the store management regarding customer satisfaction.
I hope improvements are made so future customers can have a better experience.

Best food and server name is Sunaina she helped me in choosing the item it’s my first time I’m eating KFC she gave me very fresh food and I will regular there

On May 16, 2026, at 10:04 PM, I placed an order for $16.37. Within minutes, the store manager called me and advised that they were out of chicken and unable to fulfill the order. I was told the refund would be processed and should appear within 3–4 business days.
Because of the long weekend, I waited longer than that before becoming concerned. As of June 6, 2026, I still have not received my $16.37 refund.
To make matters worse, I contacted KFC customer service and received emails confirming that I would be refunded immediately. Despite those assurances from both the store and KFC customer support, the refund still has not appeared.
What makes this especially frustrating is that I placed another order at a different KFC location the same night. That location was also out of chicken, but the refund for that cancelled order was processed right away without any issues.
I understand that inventory shortages happen. What I do not understand is why a customer has to wait nearly three weeks for a refund on an order that was never fulfilled, especially after multiple promises that the refund was being processed.
Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, poor follow-through, and an unacceptable delay in returning a customer’s money.
Rudest store manager I've ever encountered. I made an online order and went to collect it, only to find out when I arrived that their machine was broken and they hadn't received the order. I then attempted to reorder in store and the manager tried to charge me more saying the price I had previously been charged was online only. After much back and forth, he finally charged me correctly and I waited an additional 15minutes for the order to be made. He then left items out of my bag and when I questioned him, he shouted at me across the store saying I "want everything for free". I told him I just wanted the order i made online and it wasn't my fault their machine was broken, he told me I should eat another day and continued yelling until I left the store. When I got home I saw he had given me the oldest, most shrivelled food he could find. Disgusted. Never going back.
