  I have gone to this kFC 3 times now and they have not enough chicken to fill their special of 8 pieces. This Friday night at 5:15 like. Terrible service EVERY time they tell me different length of time it takes to make chicken 20, then 25 minutes. Today was 30 minutes. I drove away and went to the KFC on Appleby of course they have chicken !!!! Wil never go back

  I had an excellent experience at this KFC location. I had already gone to two different branches trying to get popcorn chicken for my kid, but wasn’t able to get it. This branch was just about to close, and even then, the staff were incredibly friendly, understanding, and accommodating. They prepared my order within just a couple of minutes, right before closing the kitchen, and did it with a great attitude. I really appreciated the effort and the customer service. Amazing service from the team — thank you for going the extra mile!

  Ordered from the app 1 hour before going to pick it up. Surprise surprise, it wasn't ready and they asked me to wait 15 mins more since a sandwich I ordered apparently takes more time to make and the cook was on break. Don't see the point of selecting a time on the app for the pickup. The concept of fast food is completely lost in this branch.
