  Waited over 20 min for our meal while drive through customers were served in just a few minutes. 15 min after ordering, I was asked what I wanted in my sandwich even though I had included it in the order. Finally received the meal, chicken skin was soggy and outline mushy likely because they were waiting for the sandwich to be prepared which was fresh but still missing standard ingredients even after confirming toppings. Handed me my bag with zero acknowledgement for the delay.

  The food is decent, but be prepared to wait 20-30 mins for it!!!! I ordered 1 box meal and I waited for 25 mins. I could hear the girl in the back complaining about only them 2 working with all the orders. She was extremely unpleasant, unapologetic and rude. The guy seemed a little more pleasant and embarrassed about the situation. To the owners: you need to reassess you scheduling, if you employees are feeling that frustrated and unsupported. It also be good for you to also retraining them on basic customer service as well. A simple apology and "we will get your to you ASAP!" would go a long way!

  Though I went out of my way to this location, I was disappointed when I was told if I am using a coupon I had to use the kiosk and not order through an employee. Your one opportunity to give me a reason to return was lost when I became a transaction instead of a customer. Please look up the word hospitality. Next time I will visit MB a block away.

  It is shocking how far KFC has fallen. I had a chicken burger Combe take out. The food was bland, overcooked and largely dough, that was hard. I felt I'll after eating. I have honestly had McDonald's chicken burgers that were better and that is not really chicken. On top of that, coupons cannot be used at the drive though. They have to be used at the kiosk inside, not even the counter but the kiosk. I used to like KFC and now with so many options around it, I will probably never go again

  Had a great experience at this KFC location today. The food was made to the perfection. The chicken was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned to the perfection. The staff here at this location is so friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was correct. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick, even during a busy time, they also have lots of sitting space. Overall, a very location and they live upto your expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
