  Got fresh wings as they made them to order. I don't mind waiting for fresh. Very friendly staff and quick service. Though the parking lot could be bigger, I really can't complain.

  I went to the Burlington center mall food court June 21 around 11am. There was 3 Indian speaking young people behind the counter, a guy and 2 female. I had a hard time getting served as they couldn't take time out of their conversation to serve me. I ordered my food and was rushed by the female to pay, I didn't get a chance to order a drink. So while I was waiting for the food. I walked over to Tim Hortons for a drink. My food was set in a box with the lid open which made it easily accessible to eat. Where's the customer service?

  One of the few KFC places where they made the chicken just right. . There was two little fries that came with my fries order.

  Excellent service from Karan at KFC! He was welcoming, patient, and handled everything with a smile. The food was fresh, the order was accurate, and his great attitude made the visit even better. Employees like Karan make customers want to come back. Highly recommended! 😊

  Running a little bit of a review scam here.... asking for a five-star review in return for a free item ...I left it ... when I went to claim my free item... they offered me a fountain pop ( in addition to the combo I had already paid for) so yeah nothing free there lol... Last time I checked they were free refills why would I need two drinks with a combo?... Also beware the rating is inflated by the free food offer there was a line of school children all partaking.... As a marketing expert guys I don't mean to be rude but if you can't run this properly I'm just going to let you know in a review... Best of luck🤞🏻
