Service was terrible, they honestly make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. No welcome, no eye contact, always “is there anything else “ every time you order for an item. Never a thank you, here’s your food, just the bag is thrown on the counter and pointed at. Fries were bad, cold tasteless like cardboard. Our food was dumped into a bag and passed to us like trash.

I had a great experience with Hasrat. She is very friendly, helpful, and professional. She provided excellent customer service and hardworking kept everything clean and organized. They made my visit a really positive experience. Great and excellent service! Highly recommended! 👍

Everything is cross contaminated with taco bell stuff. When confronted the staff say only a few were contaminated. They use the same scoop in both fries so everything has the orange dust on it. Hot wings don't have salt... I'm not even sure their drink fountain is connected to anything 7up is just water and gas... Go to the other end of the mall. Even the chairs there would taste better.

I am so upset with my experience here. I was just here Friday October 2nd 7:20 pm, just wanted a Zinger sandwich. The cashier, (Indian in a red t shirt) took my order and said to wait 5 mins. I said no problem and moved to the side between KFC/Taco Bell and New York Fries. I’m just standing there quietly waiting for my order, then few minutes later he approaches me and says in an unfriendly and upset tone “why can’t you sit down and let us do our job!” UNBELIEVABLE. Never going back there again! Management should do better with their staff if this is the attitude that their workers are performing for the customers 😡😡😡😡😡
