  I had a great experience with Karan and Pardeep. They were both very friendly, helpful, and professional. Karan provided excellent customer service, and Pardeep was hardworking and kept everything clean and organized. They made my visit a really positive experience. Great teamwork and excellent service! Highly recommended! 👍

  I had a great experience at KFC Burlington Mall thanks to Karan. He was friendly, polite, and patient while taking my order. He made sure everything was correct and provided excellent customer service with a smile. My order was fresh and accurate, and the whole experience was quick and pleasant. Employees like Karan make a big difference. Keep up the great work!

  Manager and employees all had a smile on their faces when you spoke with them. Ordered a 4 piece combo, with the pieces being on the smaller size, they threw in an extra piece. Both diet options were unavailable on the sodas. Chicken was piping hot and very fresh. Service was fast, accurate and friendly. Just after noon on a Friday.

  I rarely write reviews, but this time I have to leave a negative review. I ordered a Family Bucket, only to receive an order that contained just fries and fried chicken. I asked the staff member where the popcorn chicken was, and he told me that it was only available with online orders. Excuse me? I am not a regular KFC customer. I decided to order this particular meal because I saw it on the physical menu displayed in the restaurant. Then I was told that part of the meal was actually only available for online orders. Are you playing hide-and-seek with your customers? If this is truly KFC's standard policy, then please clearly and prominently mark it on the physical menu with a big "ONLINE ONLY" notice. Don't display a meal on the in-store menu and then tell customers after they order that part of it isn't available. This is extremely misleading and makes customers feel like they have been deceived. Very disappointing experience.
