  The service is very slow, lot of delays, and they always are running low on chicken. There are often 3 or 4 employees but they are extremely slow and careless about people waiting

  Despite being busy, team was trying to fulfil orders as fast as they can. Girls working there were very friendly.

  Took 30 minutes to order and receive 2 spicy bigcrunch meals. The order was missing popcorn and only sauce on one sandwich. Too many people working with no organization. This was non peak time.

  As a delivery driver, this was one of the most frustrating pickup experiences I've had. I received the order well in advance and arrived at the restaurant expecting it to be close to ready. Instead, the staff didn't even seem to know there was a delivery order waiting. Most of the employees appeared to be standing around talking to each other rather than actively working on orders. After already waiting, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Seriously? Delivery drivers are paid per order, and every extra minute spent waiting means lost income and wasted time. What made it worse was that another customer who came in for a simple takeout order was also told they would need to wait 15 minutes. The customer was so frustrated by the wait time that they simply left the store without placing or picking up their order. That says a lot about the level of service being provided. Restaurants need to understand that delivery drivers and customers rely on accurate preparation times. Making people wait 15–20 minutes beyond the expected pickup time is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for everyone's time. If customers are walking out and drivers are stuck waiting, there is clearly a problem with how orders are being managed. Unless this improves, I would not recommend this location for deliveries or quick takeout orders.
