  Server: Chloe Bill details in Pictures First issue was the Wings they looked absolutely disgusting and Nachos they both were ice cold like colder than the Beer. we complained twice to Chloe and her solution was more sauce for the wings so we waited as the food got colder only to me given cold BBQ sauce.. wings looked terrible and tastes worse that explains the 1 star on the food another man saw we were displeased but said the sauce can stick to the bowl resulting in that to wait for more sauce.. food should not be colder then the beer as we didn't order ice cream so 3 complaints no solution.. I don't know the other guys name but Chloe was on the bill I mean I don't understand how something that bad got plated not to mention served to the customer I'm not one to complain often but 3 times at the store and basic pushed to pay and leave so quickly by the server.. I mean I was on a date we were talking.. I tipped under protest.. you can thank my date for that.. I'm sorry but you deserved nothing. aware of the whole situation and didn't fix anything Thanks Chloe and Kelsey's for a horrible EXPERIENCE 👎 NEVER AGAIN

  Me and some buddies went here last night for dinner (Thursday wing night). We sat at a high top in the bar area, ordered a beer each and some wings. The waitress was very friendly and bubbly and did a great job. As you can imagine, it was wing night and very busy. A little mishap in the kitchen where the food ordered didn’t match what came out, not a big deal and I probably would have just ate what I was given. However, the waitress and manager brought me out another order of wings and left the entire order there for me. They could have taken the old wings back but they just left them and said to enjoy them free of charge. I thought it was nice, and even felt the need to leave a positive review about the great service. Thanks again, we will be back!

  Just had an amazing experience and a most delicious meal,had the filet steak done to perfection at medium with broccoli perfect and my wife had the Thai Chicken Curry bowl which was absolutely delicious, served hot. Our server Katie greeted us with the biggest smile and gave outstanding service to us. Manager Charles also with a wonderful personality came to talk with us at our table to be sure everything was to our liking. Highly recommend this Kelseys

  Went for dinner, simple wings and 2 drink, ordered gingerales with lemon and lime, drink came had no lemon or lime. Wings came, had no cutlery, did not have enough napkins for saucy wings. Ordered 2 coffees, he brought me my bill and no coffee, had to get him to bring our coffee and reprint a new bill. He brought us coffee,had no spoons, he was a pleasant guy, but everything went wrong from the start, will be a long time before we ever get back, and never seen the manager make his rounds like they do when it's busy, not busy tonight, our server must have gone to Columbia for our coffee,😡

  The following may sound fake but is legitimately our experience and it’s so bad I have to share. Friday at 10pm, 10 minutes to order drinks, 15 minutes after that to order food, 45 minutes to get food, all our food was either barely lukewarm or actually chilled. Only one item on the table was steaming hot so it’s clear they just waited the whole tables orders on the one item. 15 minutes to clear food, 10 minutes after that to pay. Went to the bathroom during the wait to find puke all over the floor right by the door so you are forced to walk through it before you even see it and the sink clogged with yet more puke. Went through 3 POS machines totalling another 10 minutes before we could leave. Food was barely warm and as dry as it gets. Should have gone to McDonald’s or just hungry. Car smelt like stomach acid due to the puke on shoes so had to walk through puddles. Server seemed so uninterested in being there we felt like a burden to be ordering a coke. This visit made me question my sanity, is being at Kelsey’s supposed to be this bad?!
