  Went for dinner to celebrate a birthday. Made a 4:45PM reservation, as we have young kids and planned to do gifts at home after. While the servers were nice, everything else was very disappointing. They were sold out of at least 3 menu items (two of which our table attempted to order before being informed they weren't available). When we did order, it took over 45 minutes for our meals to arrive, and not even at the same time. There were maybe 3-4 other occupied tables at that point. My daughter (5) ordered a kids cheese pizza that was inedible for her because of the level of spice (as an adult who likes some heat, it was spicy for me!). We were later informed that the kitchen mixed up the bottles of sauce. The server was kind enough to comp us for that meal, but all my daughter was able to eat was the carrots and crackers provided. Everything was very slow, and while we enjoyed our meals, it wasn't enough to outweigh the shortcomings tonight. Really unfortunate, especially for a night that was supposed to be a celebration. We live in the area but are not likely to return.

  Toller spontaner Besuch in Jacksons Landing. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Essen und die Cocktails waren richtig lecker. Kompliment!

  Extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. We went as a family to celebrate my hubby's 50th birthday. After being seated at the table, we had to wait for 20 minutes. Then we stopped a passing server and asked if any server was assigned to our table. After we ordered our drink and appetizers it took another 20 minutes to arrive. Then we ordered the mains which took like so long to arrive by which we had almost lost our appetite. The food was so terrible. The Moroccon curried chicken was the worst. The rice looked like it was cooked in the microwave. The NY steak we ordered was so bland and flavorless. The Lobster Pappardelle was decent. Then as a birthday surprise we got a sticky toffee pudding with ice-cream. The pudding was not even warm. Overall a terrible experience and we ended up paying like $214 for this meal.

  I don't usually write reviews, but this experience absolutely demanded one. We came in as a group of 24 and somehow, one server handled the entire table on his own. It was one of the most impressively smooth dining experiences I've ever had. Drinks were quick, orders all came out exactly right. The food was outstanding. Every plate that came out showed that the kitchen takes care of the meal and even with the size of our party, every plate was perfect. What really stood out though was the energy of our server. Adam was patient, friendly and took the time to make sure we had what we needed, even with the mix of so many people. Amazing food and incredible service. I'll definitely be back.
