  My daughter and I came out for dinner and we had the pleasure to have Kim be our server. I have to say it’s been a long time since I had the pleasure to have someone that was kind and easy to talk to. These days most places feel like you go in and then you get served and then you leave, and don’t leave saying well that was a nice server. It makes all the difference and we much appreciate it. Thank you

  Had a great experience at East Side Mario's! Our server, Ala, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Friendly, professional, and quick service really made the visit enjoyable. The food came out fresh and hot, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Thanks again, Ala, for the excellent service — we’ll definitely be back!

  Rahul slid this card in front of me after eating mediocre spaghetti and meatballs. My wife ordered plain spaghetti noodles, baked with cheese and her sauce on the side. This seemed to be a little complicated for the staff to handle, so Rahul had to go to the back multiple times about this, to see if they could do it, finally he said they could. After he slid this card onto our table, he told me, I should take some time to fill out review, because the kitchen took the time to complete the special request, which was to put the sauce on the side, and not on the noodles. So here you are Rahul, I completed your review.

  I have always ordered the garlic fettuccine alfredo with chicken meal. The last two times it has been riddled with garlic and I can't eat it. The time before today was 6 months ago and I was hoping it was just a fluke. The only flavour is garlic. It used to be a complimentary flavour and now it's all I can taste. I even asked for less garlic. Whoever is making the sauce on Guelph Line must LOVE garlic. The problem with the App is that it will always send my order to that location. Will never order it from that location again. At least the garlic bread is done right cause that's what I ate instead! Happy Mother's Day to me.

  Frustrating dinner experience. My daughter loves ESM, so we decided to have dinner this last Friday night (May 8th) at the ESM Burlington mall. First, the restaurant was virtually empty, but they stood us for more than 10 minutes at the entrance waiting for a table. Several people including the manager came and went by without helping. After that, although we did not choose "all you can eat" option, the waitress told us we could not share plates? That was weird and confusing at the same time. I ordered a Mario's pasta sampler which the linguini was dry as it was standing there for hours. We go often to the ESM in Oakville, but this one at the Burlington mall is definitely a no no.
