  STAY FAR AWAY!!! THEY DONT COOK THE CHICKEN AND THE RICE ISN'T COOKED EITHER!!!! TRASH STORE GO TO DAVE'S INSTEAD. FOOD IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

  Idk why my review was removed but I've never been disappointed in taste and they give more portions than the Liberty village location which is a straight up health hazard to visit.

  My son ordered 2 Burrito Bowls for pick-up. My complaint is about the Guacamole. Did someone accidentally spill a huge amount of salt into the Guacamole bowl ?...., or is this standard for all of your stores? I'm telling you, I have never experienced this much salt FROM ANY RESTAURANT. You looking to give your customers a heart attack? It was completely inedible and ruined the entire meal. What a waste of money. I had tried to file a complaint on line, but they pretend like they care, and there is a site to this, you fill in all the requirements (4x's) and hit enter and it kicks you out. If you really read your complaints, my order # was 7GE-TA3 2026.04.25. 2 hours later and I still can't get the salt out of my mouth. I should have read these reviews before going there. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. MY UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY: Chipotle..., I read your response to my critique. Did you read my ctitique at all ??, I mean read the whole thing, especially the part about my attempts to file a complaint with you ? Apparently not..., because what do you do, you give me a link to the same site that I had previously used AND DOES NOT WORK. Stop wasting everybodies with your attempt at sincerity and caring about your customers. I gave you my order number, you know the date, you know the location - am I really supposed to hold your hand. Try your restaurant again ??, you had your one kick at this cat and I don't like being kicked AND there will not be a NEXT TIME from me, that's for sure. Hey everybody, this restaurants food & customer service speaks for itself....., AND if I get a more reasonable response from Chipotle other than this standard BOT Reply, i will update you, but I am not holding my breath on this one. My 2'ND UPDATE 2026MAY01 Absolutely no follow-up from Chipotle from my last update. My 3'RD UPDATE 2026MAY17 Still nothing !!!!! It appears that their "Robo" system doesn't know how to do replies to their own follow ups.

  This was our first time trying Chipotle Mexican Grill. To be honest, the food itself was good, but my experience at the Burlington Appleby location really left a bad taste in my mouth. We were in a hurry, so my son and I placed an order through their app—which, to be fair, works well and makes it easy to customize your meal. It was raining that evening, so I factored in extra driving time and scheduled my pickup for 5:20 PM. The app confirmed everything after I paid my order and indicated that I could simply grab my order from the pickup shelf when I arrived. Due to traffic, I walked in at 5:24 PM. My order wasn’t on the pickup shelf, so I asked a staff member for help. She located my order—but instead of it being ready, she asked another employee to start making it on the spot. What’s the point of a 5:20 PM pickup time if the order isn’t even prepared until after I ask about it? Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, especially when customers are in a rush. In the end, I didn’t receive my food until nearly 20 minutes later. 😡 It’s frustrating when something as simple as a “pickup time” isn’t taken seriously. 😒

  The worst customer service worst staff… served by an indian girl at night time half hour before closing, but wasnt attended by anyone becz staff was busy in closing half an hour before closing time. No customers just us . Rude and disrespectful service. I have been to many chipotle’s different locations. Never happened before.
