One note that needs to be addressed is that I noticed the server get a broom, sweep the floor, put it away and when a customer arrived went and put on gloves but did not wash her hands before touching the clean gloves. Not only did she contaminate fresh gloves, she handled food afterwards. Next time at this location I am going to demand that the server wash hands before serving me. By the way, the gloves are located above the wash station.

I live 2 mins from here and will go all the way to Guelph line just to avoid this location from now on. Poor service, and terrible portion sizes. I paid for double chicken and got not even 1 portion of chicken no exaggeration. I also paid extra for guacamole and got half a portion size of it. Will never see me here again and I highly advise everyone to go to Guelph line over this one.

The food quality is consistently poor. The ingredients never seem fresh, the chicken is always cold and cut into tiny, rubbery pieces, and the sandwiches are sloppily made. The customer service is just as frustrating. The staff are rarely welcoming, often come across as rude and dismissive, and don’t seem interested in listening to what customers are asking for. It feels like they just want to rush you through the line without paying attention to your order. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent experience, not just a one-time issue. I won’t be returning to this location and would recommend going to a different Chipotle if you want fresh food and better service.
