Our cusin from Europe went with our son to eat their dinner last night, there was 5 kinds (12 years old) and our son was about to pay with his Apple Pay from his phone, something wasn’t working well and payment couldn’t go through. However manager at this place saw whole situation what was happening and just came to our son and said “Don’t worry take your dinner, it is on the house, we don’t wan t you to miss joy eating with your friends “. I am not sure what is your experience in other restaurants but this is the most compassionate gesture that I ever experienced here in Canada. Kudos to entire franchise and manager who acted super classy. I will always go to this restaurant because of superb customer service.

So you can imagine my surprise when my drive thru order was taken by a human standing at the drive thru line! When asked WHY I am being waited on, he said it’s basically to take as many orders as possible. Okay. I get it. But then I got my food and why is the CFA Sandwich just a piece of fried chicken and 2 pickles on bread… I mean give me a little something!! This is what happens when you prioritise QUANTITY over QUALITY. How are the other reviews giving this place 5 stars? My nuggets were soggy and underwhelming. $26 overspent. Super disappointed! I never leave negative reviews but Chick Fil A has earned it.

I ordered a southwest spicy chicken salad and when ordering my meal, I told Jade let me just read the full description because the last time I received the same salad, I was given breaded chicken instead of grilled chicken. Immediately, Jade apologized, even though the issue was not from the Burlington location. She apologized several times and said she will comp my order. I was not expecting a free salad, but Jade was kind enough to give me one based on my past experience, I am truly appreciative of Jade for her amazing customer service, she never questioned one thing that I said, but took my word and handled business the correct way. Jade definitely deserves recognition at work if she has not received it as of yet, I saw her at the drive-through window and she was all smiles something you don’t see normally at fast food restaurants. I thanked her with a wave and I told the server to thank her as well, I was truly thankful for the service that I was not expecting to receive. Shout out to Jade, thank you for handling my concern with grace and thank you for doing what a customer service representative should do by putting their customers first and for acknowledging my concern. Thanks again, Jade. You are the BEST!
