  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great dinner experience at Burger King! The staff was really friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit pleasant. The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly. The environment was calm and peaceful, perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal. Definitely coming back again!

  Extremely disappointing experience at Burger King on Brant. We came in around 10 PM with a coupon mailed to our home and were met with rude, dismissive service from a male employee whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. After making us wait 15 minutes, he refused to honour the coupon over an expiry issue and made absolutely no effort to help or offer an alternative. As someone with customer service experience, I found this completely unacceptable. A front counter employee should never let a sale walk out the door over something so minor without even trying to resolve it. Instead of showing basic judgment or professionalism, this employee came across as difficult, inflexible, and completely unsuited for a customer-facing role. Frankly, someone with this attitude should not be working in customer service at all. What made this worse is that when I got home, I found another coupon booklet with the exact same offer and code but a different expiry date, making his refusal look even more incompetent and unnecessary. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this same employee either, which says a lot about the standards at this location. If you want rude treatment, wasted time, and staff who seem determined to drive customers away, go here. Otherwise avoid Burger King on Brant. I will not be returning.

  I had a really pleasant experience at Burger King on Brant Street today for dinner. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh, hot, and exactly as expected. I especially appreciated how attentive the staff were, making sure everything was correct and providing great customer service. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, making it a nice place to enjoy a relaxed dinner. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal with great service.

  The staff here appear to never be prepared to make food. Almost like they are shocked someone order a burger from them. This is not isolated either. Ive been here many times over the last 2 years or so and Its actually so wild because it always happens hahahah even if you are the only car in the drive through, it takes 10-15 minutes to get the order out. Ive never been here without waiting a good amount of time. In the drive though or inside
