    Very disappointed today I asked for curly fries and got crinkle fries like why bring out crinkle fries sorry but Arby’s is know for the curly fries now staff get confused and give the wrong type of fries. I also didn’t receive marinara dip for my mozzarella sticks as well Jo ranch for the jalepeno poppers. I have to drive far to go here and really sad that my order is messed up.

    The food is good, which is honestly the only reason we keep coming back, but they’ve gotten our order wrong multiple times. And the drive-thru wait time? Absolutely horrendous. Every single visit, no matter what you order, you’re asked to pull forward.. and not exactly politely either.

    No one else in store, ordered double classic combo & French dip combo. Got home & found they had given us a reg size beef & cheddar & no dip for the French dip. Been customers for 20+ yrs, pretty frustrating.
