  Order pad sew ew with shrimp and pad thai with chicken mild recived some spicy chicken dish on rice and pad Thai with chicken but very spicy. Not impressed.

  Ordered their trio combo with pad Thai. I Wanted a shrimp roll. They gave me a veggie roll instead. I took a bite and noticed no shrimp; I cut it in half and showed them. The “manager” tried to give me a fried spring roll or my money back. I told him I just want what I paid for…a shrimp roll. He said it will take 5 mins. I said okay. Then went back to my seat to finish eating my soggy pad Thai. 10 mins later, we finished our meal. No shrimp roll. My wife went up to the “manager” and asked what was up. He reluctantly gave her the shrimp roll. My wife asked for the name of the head office and general manager. He refused to give it and said we already have our shrimp roll and there is no problem. He then asks where she is from and if she comes from Brockville. Who the hell asks a customer that question. Obviously you are not from Brockville. Very bad customer service. Do better. Give people what they order. We will never go there again.

  Very dissatisfied. We went on opening bought and again tonight. We bought our 2 children. We ordered sweet and sour chicken there was breaded we did not get breaded. I asked for cashews. I did not get cashews. We were not asked is we wanted spicy and the container didn't specify, it was spicy. Me soon couldn't even eat it! Order was only 1/2 ready, and I had to wait for 3 other meals. When I was handed our meal, it was missing out soup. For$91 you would think we would get what we want. Not impressed

  Was very excited to finally try this place as I’d been waiting for it to open for a while. We ordered 2 bowls of sweet and sour chicken which were (according to the menu on the board) meant to come with veggies and noodles. Came home, checked the boxes, and they were entirely filled with rice and vegetables. No chicken. Neither of them. We come back to get the chicken and noodles, and we are not only told that there was no chicken because the guy making our order went on break instead of finishing our order first, but they also told us they didn’t yet have noodles. Maybe, you know, state that somewhere on the menu or tell your customers instead of leaving them wondering why they received rice instead of noodles?? This is quite literally my first time ever complaining about a place because I was so utterly annoyed and disappointed. Will probably not be buying from here again.

  Checked online before going, said they were open until 10pm. Showed up and it looked open but the door was locked with the employee just sitting in the eating area. If you wanna be closed at 7pm on a Tuesday then I’ll happily take my money somewhere else.
