- SSShawn SteinburgMay 10, 20262.0One of the worst places for service. It is so hit and miss. Servers seemed entitled and unhappy to be there. Arrogant. Slow. Inattentive. You have to flag them down for any requests like drink refills, extra butter, etc. We were admonished mid-meal for presenting a coupon. Apparently, it’s very inconvenient for them if you don’t present it at the time of ordering. We didn’t wait until after we received the bill so it seems like a “her problem”

Bonnie always makes that we get a table where we can move the chair do mom can sit on her walker. If there is a line up, Bonnie always has everyone laughing and the time just flies by.

Roast beef sandwich was so soggy and tasteless. The quality of Swiss chalet brockville has really gone down. This will be the last time I waste money there.
