  Dont get me wrong the food was tasty but certainly not worth the premium prices they charge. The buns are really soft and the meats are a step above subway. However the subs are slim and the staff is stingy with the vegetables. Their chocolate chip cookies are probably the best in town. However if you are looking for a filling sub at a good price go to the sub shop downtown.

  Raz is fantastic at customer service. I have been at this location multiple times and Raz is always so friendly to myself and patient with me considering I have a very picky order. I live near kingston but work in brockville and I choose to come into the Brockville location after work for my dinner instead of Kingston because of Raz’s customer service.

  I had a great experience at Mr. Sub! The veggie sub was fresh, delicious, and made exactly the way I wanted. The vegetables were crisp, the bread was fresh, and everything tasted amazing. Customer service was also amazing. Zeel and fain were friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service with a smile. Their positive attitude made my visit even more enjoyable.

  Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I ordered it. The bread was soft, the toppings were fresh, and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and the service was quick even during busy times. It’s great to have a quality Canadian sub shop in Brockville serving fresh, made-to-order food. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back! Keep up the great work!

  Ordered two large assorted subs toasted and grilled. Very disappointed as the bun was barely toasted. The sub wanted to keep falling apart when picked up as the bottom bun was soaked in light mayo. They don't offer normal mayo. Mr.Sub you should offer normal mayo to your customers. By no means is your food a healthy option for consumers. I also asked for double black olives, next to no vegetables. I got green peppers and banana peppers in my wrapper. I did not ask for those. I would not recommend buying food here. If you're craving a great tasting sub, go to The Sub Shop on King St. Support local business!
