  I know we are not the only ones who lived out of town but grew up only knowing to have KFC Kentucky fried chicken!! It was a treat and delicious!! Times have changed and we now have 2 other chicken places as options. And tonight was one time we actually left the KFC drive thru with no order. So disappointed. We had to wait 5 minutes to place our order to start off with.. we chose to order 18 piece bucket with 5 sides. The sign clearly stated chose of sides were fries, gravy, coleslaw, macaronis salad, corn and new option onion rings. We ask for our choices but they have no salad, or coleslaw, .. only 1 order of rings and fries and gravy. We asked for an alternate choice for example popcorn chicken? Her response was that is not an option and nor did she offer a substitute for any choice to us. Then proceeded to tells us it would be a twenty minute wait. If she had of worked with us on the sides we would have waited but it this point we chose to not place an order and left. We did proceed to one of the other chicken restaurants. So sad to see one of my favourite childhood restaurants become so uncaring to their customers. Recommendations to KFC .. if you are no longer serving salads as a side option I would suggest you update your order menu at the drive through. Without the salad options it only leaves fries, gravy, corn, rings? Not even 5 options and it’s not even an option if you having nothing to chose from … If your business is in a change process you should be publicly posting this abs or subbing in a temporary option to fulfill this menu items. Was not a good experience this time and not sure when I’d return now again.

  So sad to see the employees running around crazy!! Not enough time to take care of walkins - she was efficient but too rushed to be kind!! Took quite a while to serve 3 people 1 at a time over 15 minutes no offer if condiments , food served in bags no trays?? Oh well maybe should hire More people last time we visit
