  So dog friendly means, they like dogs but not at their restaurant?! The dog had to be outside the patio and not with us. So just went accross the street to The Barley Mow where I had the best meal in years and they welcomed our pooch with a fresh bowl of water. Kelsey's is not dog friendly, it's dog adjacent.   We had a great experience at Kelseys Original Roadhouse. The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot. The atmosphere was comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff checked on us to make sure everything was good and that we had everything we needed. Our order came out on time, and everything looked well prepared and appetizing. It is a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. We would definitely come back again and recommend this restaurant to others.

  Rebecca was amazing! Going out to dinner alone with two kids can be stressful, but she made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. She was so kind, patient, and attentive. We really appreciated her great service!

  Love this place. I picked it out for a business meeting. The hosts was smiling and sat me right away. Our server was so wonderful. Had him recommend some drinks while i waited for my colleague. Shawn was very friendly, attentive, came over at all the right times, hit every table touchpoint on time. Was always smiling and actually looks like he enjoys his job and his customers which is very rare! He gave us food recommendations, knew his menu,answered questions about flavors and portions. He took the time to chat with us for a few minutes here and there between tables but jever stopped watching his tables to make sure they were also attended to in the same maner we were. He was a 5 star server! The food was really good. My dish was an 8/10. Had a bit too much ginger in the LTO ginger chicken bowl. I would've gotten my curry bowl. But I wanted to try something new. It actually tasted better the next day. The drinks were delicious from the bar. I would've had more if I didn't have to drive. I always go back here after a sorting of not so good restaurants to give me faith in the industry again and Kelseys never fails. I love that they change their menu every so often but keep the staples that are popular. Great experience! Thank you Shawn for going above and beyond! We want you next time we have a dinner meeting. May get my fiance to bring me next month for date night.

  I had an awesome experience at Kelsey's thanks to our waitress, Hannah. She was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Hannah was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome the moment we sat down. She knew the menu really well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. Our drinks were never empty, the timing of the food was perfect, and she checked in just the right amount without ever being overbearing. What really stood out was her attitude—super positive, upbeat, and clearly someone who takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to get service that smooth and enjoyable. If you’re heading to Kelsey’s in Brockville, definitely hope you get Hannah—she made the whole experience that much better.
