  ILLEGAL BAIT AND SWITCH. The royal oreo is a scam. On the official Dairy Queen website it states its made with their signature "cold fudge". The same fudge they use in their cakes. Two times now, they gave me an oreo blizzard with chocolate sauce. The second time I said the fudge is supposed to be down the middle and they "re-made it". Literally did the exact same thing, put chocolate sauce (like the stuff they use for their dipped cones) down the middle, and gave it to me. Don't bother ordering it. Its basically a bait and switch, which is illegal.

  i ordered a hot fudge sundae from this branch . i received a tiny amount of fudge. when i went back in the store requesting for more this lady made a face and shook her head and added the right amount of it for which i paid for . very rude

  There's this one worker who is just insufferable who works there, If I make even a slight mess they will come up to me with a rude attitude and make me clean up the mess. These workers are allergic to an extra 5 seconds of work I guess? Left a smudge of the seat of the booth and she made me clean it up. And everytime the same worker comes up and is super rude to me and always has a bone to pick with anybody.

  Went through drive thru and ordered two peanut buster parfaits. I was handed one without a lid, and within 30 seconds it melted all over my car. They handed me the second one without a lid and looked at me and went “oh do you need napkins?” And I responded with “are there not lids for this? I have ice cream all over my car” as the second one is melting on me. They go “oh, yeah” and tossed two at me, telling me to remove the spoons. I live less than 3 minutes from the location and my car and clothing were fully covered in ice cream and peanuts by the time I got home. My husband called the store and asked for the manager. Whoever answered claimed to be the “general manager” had zero customer service skills and was argumentative. Apparently I was supposed to know to ask for lids (I ordered through drive thru several days ago and didn’t have to ask for lids, what I ordered had lids on it when handed to me). Something is clearly wrong with the ice cream machine if it’s melting that quickly and the staff could use some serious customer service training. I now have to go back in to the store for a refund, but was made to feel like it was my fault for this situation. If this is the norm of this “general manager”, I think I’ll be reaching out to head office as well.

  Alright I used to live in Brockville and this DQ was just pretty ok. But went through drive through recently and the service was above and beyond. The lady working the drive through was super helpful and polite, wish I got her name so I could shout her out. And blizzards were so good. Like when is a DQ blizzard bad, but for real this one was peak, I'm going to tell my future kids about it
