I wanted to share some positive feedback about the changes I have noticed. It is nice to see the improvements being made. The environment feels more welcoming and friendly, and I appreciate the effort from the team. I especially enjoyed the cookies and cream and cherry blast flavours (I don’t remember the exact names), and they were a great part of my visit. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and for continuing to make the experience better for customers. It is good to see positive changes, and I appreciate the commitment to improvement.

I was just at this location, and it was, without question, the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. As someone who works in the customer service industry, it was disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. There was a woman ahead of me with her young daughter, and another customer standing between us. The woman ordered a Banana Split Blizzard, but the employee brought her a regular banana split instead. When the customer politely corrected her, the employee rudely insisted that wasn't what she had ordered and even commented that she didn't know if they made Banana Split Blizzards. This could have been handled more professionally and politely. She continued ranting about not knowing if they made them, rather than quietly ask a more senior employee. I know for a fact the customer ordered a Banana Split Blizzard because I clearly heard her. It even caught my attention because it's something my mom and I used to order together. While this was happening, a male employee came to the cash register. He never acknowledged the customers waiting. He looked back and forth between the register, me, and the gentleman ahead of me, muttering to himself under his breath, but never once said, "I can help who's next,". The gentleman ahead of me asked if I only had the one item I was holding. When I said yes, he kindly let me go ahead of him. Even then, I wasn't sure if the employee was actually serving customers because he hadn't communicated with anyone. I had full intentions of purchasing a couple trays of the promotional cup cake things, but after all I witnessed the only thing I was walking out with was the Buster Bars for my Husband. I finally had to ask, "Are you taking customers?" He simply replied, "Yes." After paying, I quietly reassured the woman that I had clearly heard her order and that she wasn't mistaken. Before leaving, I also mentioned to the employee that in the future, it would be helpful to acknowledge waiting customers and invite them forward instead of leaving them guessing. Unfortunately, he appeared completely uninterested. Everyone can have an off day, but basic customer service starts with listening to customers, communicating clearly, and treating people with respect. None of those things happened during my visit, and it left a very poor impression.
