  I tried order a nacho fry and was told it would take 10 minutes, which is crazy. I've worked in multiple real restaurants, and fries are one of the quickest items. I told them not sorry about the nacho fries and ordered some tacos, a burrito and a crunchwrap supreme. Crunchwrap was normal, not supreme, and I didn't get any of my tacos. Based on other reviews the staff not listening and getting orders wrong appears to be a big issue. I don't know if it's a language barrier thing, but it really should be addressed

  Been visiting this location for roughly 15 years. Recently, I've seen a huge improvement at this location. Both quality and speed is a huge improvement from past years. The staff here are really trying and it shows. Might be new management....not sure. Hope they keep it up.

  On a day that was supposed to be filled with joy, excitement and anxiety between Cinco De Mayo, Taco's & watching the NHL Draft; was completely ripped away. I fully prepared and pre-ordered well ahead of time and planned it so I'd have plenty of time to make it back home to watch the NHL Draft Live... I got there at 6:43pm and you guys made me wait in my car until 7:20pm until I received the food.... I got home, found out I was robbed/missed out on the Draft, SDPN Live Stream, A good in the moment of feeling awesome.... not only that, the food was cold 😒. What saved the day for me and for you was us getting the #1 Overall Pick... #LetsGoWendys

  I went through Uber Eats to order, and half of it was missing when it came to my house. I called the store and the women told me that it was an Uber Eats issue, not with the store. But actually, it IS the store. Uber Eats didnt miss half my order....they dont make the food. The people at this store do and for the women on the phone, to tell me to take it up with Uber Eats... that doesn't even make ANY sense to me.

  Two times in a row, I ordered through Skip for delivery, and both times, we had missing items in our order. Once is a one off, but two times in a row is frustrating. When I called to place the complaint, the worker who answered insisted that BOTH times they gave both drinks, and that the drivers must have stolen one both times. Two different drivers stealing from our order. They refused to take accountability, and when I asked if they had proof, they refused to say anything. Im super frustrated because both times the drivers were clear that what they handed me was what the store gave them. Its not a matter of what was missing, its a matter of taking accountability and saying "im so sorry, we forgot a piece of your order". Super frustrating to deal with.
