  When I called to order they wouldn’t take my order. They instead want their customers to listen to their automated advertising pitch before being able to order. Imagine phoning a restaurant trying to do business with them and they out right refuse. It’s completely disrespectful to your customers and I’ll never be back.

  Ordered ahead. Arrived at time order was supposed to be ready and got text they were very busy... that's fine. After 45 minutes and watching several vehicles that ordered in drive thru after we got there let alone ordering 1.5 hours before we even went to pick it. Called to ask about order and were told "drive thru takes priority over pre-ordered". So from now on I won't pre-order and just go in drive thru.

  I normally don’t complain, especially when I’ve worked customer service and am very understanding in general. However ; I ordered today for dinner around 4pm and picked up at 4:30pm. I ordered the family pack (ribs and chicken) that apparently serves 4 people. I was shocked to say the least at the portion sizes. Not even a full quarter cup of coleslaw for example (pictures below). I called to ask if it was a mistake and spoke to a very kind employee who told me he will speak to the manager and see if we can be compensated with a free meal or something the next time we come in. He came back to the phone and reluctantly told me the manager said they do the orders “by weight” and there was nothing they could do for us and that this was normal? Please look at the photos and tell me if you think this is normal? Keep in mind 4 people are supposed to share these portions. Safe to say I will not be ordering again. Especially considering I’ve ordered this meal many times in the past at other locations and have never had such an experience.

  Came over got some food all the other staff was nice this girl named Morgan very rude smelly pretty rude served me rolled her eyes when I asked for water and was giving attitude the hole time and threatened me and my children would not come back as long as she’s working there

  Picked up 2 quarter dinners lastnight and it was so disappointing. I have never had chicken this dry from Swiss chalet ever . Wish we had eaten in so I could have sent it back. Normally my husband and I eat a whole dinner each but we have the equivalent of a whole dinner sitting here , going in the garbage
