I've had Papa Johns starting on the west Coast many years ago. I loved it which is why I decided to go on a whim to the Brantford location. If this had been my first Papa John's I would never go back and would tell everyone that cares not to waste your money or your stomach lining. Service would be a 1 but at least she pretended to be nice and returned my smile after I corrected her by being nice when she greeted me rudely.

- RPRishabh PatelJul 16, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my order from Papa John’s. The jalapeño poppers were served undercooked and were clearly not cooked properly. Not only was that unacceptable, but the portion size was shockingly small. These were nothing like the original jalapeño bites we received before. To make matters worse, after eating them, our stomachs started hurting. Serving undercooked food is a serious health concern, and it’s completely unacceptable for a restaurant. I expected much better quality and consistency from Papa John’s. This experience has been frustrating, upsetting, and has made me question whether I will order from them again.
