I called to place an order and was informed that medium pizzas are excluded from the offer, despite this not being mentioned anywhere in the advertised terms and conditions. If a promotion comes with exclusions, they should be clearly disclosed upfront rather than revealed only when customers try to order. Very disappointing experience.

I called to place an order expecting to receive the free delivery that was being promoted, only to be told that the offer does not apply to medium pizzas. The issue is that this restriction was not mentioned anywhere in the advertised terms and conditions that I could find. If there are exclusions to a promotion, they should be clearly disclosed upfront so customers can make informed decisions. Advertising free delivery and then introducing unlisted restrictions when customers call to order is frustrating and misleading. I hope Papa Johns reviews this promotion and ensures that all limitations are clearly communicated in future advertisements.
