  Unsanitary conditions and horrible attitude from staff. I’ve read the reviews from this location and have has same issues with delivery cancellation, I’ll order a sub for pickup and even for delivery orders they cancel the order and when I go in and order the same thing they magically can provide the food. I’m thinking that the workers just don’t want to make the food, the condition of the toppings and overall cleanliness is poor and the knife they use to cut the bread looks like it’s not cleaned there’s multiple sauces and toppings on the knife and they don’t clean it so you get mystery sauce and toppings in your sub that you didn’t order. Multiple times I’ve been here and employees have been video chatting on their phones and talking on the phone while you are ordering and if you dare to correct them on any mistakes they get annoyed and pissy with you.

  Constantly cancelling uber and skip orders. Multiple times I’ve ordered from here and if I order more than 3 subs it seems they cancel it everytime like they’re lazy to make the food.

  Apparently they close before 4pm today. Said it was open until 8pm.

  last 3 times I've been there I noticed that it's severely going downhill the last time the lettuce was all soggy and limp I couldn't even eat it and I ended up throwing it in the garbage I'll never go there again

  My daughters had a disappointing experience at Mr. Sub last night. They went in to get dinner, but unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. The staff member was on the phone throughout their visit and refused to toast my one daughter's sub. On top of that, both girls had to make changes to their orders because of limited inventory, which made things even more challenging. Considering the cost of their meal was $36, it's quite disheartening to see how teens are treated when they don’t have an adult accompanying them.
