  Gravy was disgusting, made me sick and left an awful taste behind. Why would you change recipes? Pre packaged is garbage. You've just lost another customer

  We have not been to a KFC since before covid. I was excited and this is my first time going to this location. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the chicken was horrible. The fries and coleslaw were pretty good but the chicken was not crispy, was dark and looked like it had been fried in oil 3 or 4 times over. The breading was thick, dark, and soaked. It didn't taste like KFC, and even decerning what each piece is, was challenging. Don't get me started on the prices! They do not even list just chicken anymore. You must use the app or ask for it specifically.

  Sunday, July 5,2026 at 5:48 PM. Who ever is in the cashier is very rude. I ordered 2 pcs chicken with 2 drinks. I asked the girl nicely if she can give me something to carry the drinks but she literally told me, “Just hold it! Don’t you have a Car?! Really? She saw me there alone with the chicken and 2 drinks. I insist asking for it and she just shove it infront of me without anything. She’s weird. Worst Customer Service I ever experience in Brantford. #JustSharing

  Usually, when I go they never get my order right, but I decided to give it another chance, when I ordered they didn't have cheese curds, alright whatever and when I paid they said 7 minutes, 15 minutes later they said 4 more minutes and I waited 25 minutes, they were rude, unclean, slow, and they were talking and loud, a few times I went they didn't have chicken and this time they didn't have black chicken or chicken strips, it's kfc. Kentucky fried CHICKEN how do you not have the main thing you sell? Never going back to this location.

  Ordered my food and waited 40 minutes for them to say they ran out of food and could only handle half my order. Since I paid online they already had my money. Michael offered to give me half of my order and then had the nerve to give me attitude when I said I dont want half an order I paid for the full thing. They said my refund will be in a few days but threw out my receipt. Im not holding my breath. KFC in Brantford is trash how do you run out of food?
