  The customer service at this location absolutely stinks. The person working the counter at 5 pm on Thursday October 15th was rude & ignorant & the manager was no better. Please hire some friendlier staff! I will never go to this location ever again!

  Order is always hot and fresh, correct to order. Service is usually very friendly and comes from knowledgeable staff that have the menu memorized and don’t hesitate to answer any questions made about the menu and certain menu items. Very speedy and efficient. There’s an employee that works there every once in a while when we’ve gone in that I had made a Marketplace purchase from a few months ago, and we most definitely have to brag that they have given us the best customer service experience by far. They’re quick, speed efficient, thorough on ensuring the order is made and packaged professionally with well rehearsed knowledge and displays confidence in providing you service that will leave you smiling and feeling valued. Excellent display of customer service skills! (Wish we would have saved a receipt from ordering with them to ensure proper recollection of their name so it’s known who we are praising and hyping!) Thank youuuuu! 🙏

  I would give it o stars bc i was there today and notice the guy or manager wasnt wearing any gloves by the way he was touching hes phone while i was watching him he did not wash hes hands when he touched my bread and the food was not good soo plz dont eat there floor was grease anyone can slip in there not going back there again.....very disapointed shame on you buddy..

  Please train ur staff better. The attitude is insane, if they don’t want to work send them home. Asked for a simple modification of extra spicy sauce that comes on the burger (free to add on the KFC app). Refused to add it and acted like a robot with a script going on about how he can’t change items ordered through the app. I’m standing there physically asking him to add more of the sauce since the KFC app didn’t work and I had to do it through Uber. When I asked for help with the KFC app as the payment wasn’t going through, no it was not my card because I tried 3 different cards then used that Same card through uber and it worked. Again acted like a robot going on about how he isn’t trained for the app and is told to just prep orders from the app as they come in. Ridiculous behaviour, if your workers don’t want to work then they should just go home and not be on the clock. Extremely frustrating and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this behaviour all 3 of my visits to this location have been the same type of behaviour from the staff. Will certainly be reporting to KFC to review this specific franchise. The other reviews clearly prove my point. Food was made “fresh” but was cold literally within the 5 min drive home. Absolutely insane.

  It is a shame this company has resorted to cutting the pieces of chicken into so many pieces they are difficult to recognize! All of the stores i have recently ordered from have begun this unfortunately. You used to get a full half breast and the chicken was cut into 9 pieces. Please return to the same menu. The cost has gone up and let's keep the value there!
