  We visited for dinner, the wait wasn't long to get in, our server Adrienne was fantastic, she got our drinks right away, we didnt have to ask for anything, very confident,polite server. Place was busy with people having a great time,will definitely be back.

  Booked a reservation thru open table. Came from out of town for a tournament. Had one evening to go out... glad we did. The Food was amazing. Much better than other Kelsey's locations we've attended around Ontario. Easy to find. Nice atmosphere for watching hockey and taking kids. Prices aren't bad at all. Kids menu is great. Main course is 20-30$ a person. Fast service. Hot fresh meals. In and out in less then 45 mins for a sit down meal! Impressive

  Great service, wonderful company from Aggie and Rachel! Would recommend coming to this Kelsey’s as you will not be disappointed. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and inviting—perfect for a date night, family dinner, or just a great meal out. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing food and excellent service. Definitely coming back!

  A planned Saturday night dinner with a group of 5 long-time coworkers (from a heavily based customer service industry), found themselves in a confusing and negative interaction with 3 different hostesses upon arrival at 6pm, limited seating accommodations for the booked reservation (which was then remedied by inquiry of one guest pulling a chair up to the end of the booth/table, albeit in a high traffic area, which then needed permission from manager) and food that arrived barely warm or stone cold from the fridge. Also noted in passing most of the servers and bussers on the floor looked strained and unhappy during the dinner rush. On a positive note, shout out to the bartender for great tasting drinks: Route 78 Hard Sodas, Roadhouse Caesar (spice level was on point as requested as was rimmer and garnish), Whiskey Sour, Blue Lagoon and Honey Peach Tea Lemonade. Then the arrival of main courses: The 'end of table guest' ordered the Beef Lettuce Wrap and it arrived cold from the fridge (instead of pepared hot), while the other guests ordered Chicken Wings, Quesadilla, Chicken Fried Chicken and the Shrimp Lettuce Wrap, all arrived less than warm bordering on cool (perhaps sat in delivery cue too long?). The presentation of the Quesadilla appeared to have been tossed on the tray with containers of salsa and sour cream garnish. The Chicken Fried Chicken dinner was served on a massive plate with a blob of chicken smothered in gravy spread across one side and missing the advertised mushroom garnish, a small clump of mashed potatoes and some random steamed broccoli leaving 1/3 of the plate void of anything except space and time. The Chicken Wings were barely warm, cool to the touch and only three were eaten (guest commented they would be better frrshened up at home in the air fryer) and the side Caesar salad was not tasty at all (had better elsewhere). Lastly, the Shrimp Lettuce Wrap... was warm-ish and edible. Everyone was hungry and ate but not enjoying the meals as they had looked forward to all week. The Server (she did not offer her name) was attentive and upbeat, taking care of the table needs, knowing the experience was not going well. She brought a complimentary slice of cheesecake for all of us to share at the end. After spending 2 hours catching up and happy to have gotten together, the five of us left $30-$50 (each) less in our pockets with unsatisfied bellies. Sunday morning 6:40am group text noted the guest 'at the end of the table' had experienced symptoms of food poisoning all night and the guest that had Chicken Fried Chicken dinner, barely made the 5 minute drive home before feeling the affects of the meal. Customer service is a difficult industry to be in on a good day (all five of us can attest whole-heartedly to that), but when the entire team from front line to back behind the scenes falters it is really difficult to win back patrons during the visit or returning again. In an era of increased pricing with little to no value behind the service or product, people will continue to be very selective of where they spend their time and money. Management really needs to overhaul this store. I dont write reviews but hope this one is helpful to the owners, management and staff going forward.

  Been here many times, but last night was not a good experience, so unsure if we will return. 1. We ordered 2 of the same drinks, the mango passion fruit ranch water, but they were obviously different, when we asked the server, he said he made the drinks and they were the same. The color was different and they were terrible, and he just walked away after saying they were from the same pour. 2. We ordered the Thai BBQ lettuce wraps. He was kind enough to switch out the lettuce to the actual wraps, but they were frozen cold and hard. There were 4 pieces of beef in my order. 3. My kids chicken fingers were slimy and not cooked well. We were so disappointed when we tried to resolve the issues with the drink, we gave up asking the server about the other items because he was so dismissive. We love Kelseys and visit regularly , but after this experience will not be back to this location. Eating out is a luxury and it was a terrible waste of money.
