The chicken wraps were fine but the veggie burger somehow ends up as a veggie burger wrap How do you mess up a simple order like that? So now I have to wait even longer (probably 20 ish mins total) to do the burger all over again. To top it all off, my multigrain bun ends up as a white bun…unbelievable Not a huge deal but I didn’t appreciate how they failed to reimburse the extra 30 cents I paid (since the burger was cheaper than the wrap that they charged me for) it’s the principle of it all. I was annoyed that they actually down played it as if it was nothing. This was not an isolated incident. They messed up an order last time I was there months ago. Just complete incompetence. It’s not rocket science to understand a simple food order! I’ll be taking my business to the other location at Henry St from now on.
