They completely ruined my daughter’s milestone 16th birthday party, and then resorted to literal fraud to try and cover their tracks. I ordered a custom soccer-field birthday cake on June 21st for pickup on Saturday, June 27th. They had my phone number on file. If there was any confusion whatsoever, all they had to do was pick up the phone and call me. But they didn't. When my friend went to the store to pick up the cake for us on the 27th, it didn't even exist because of their total internal incompetence. Instead of owning up to their mistake like decent human beings, the staff made a conscious choice to deceive us. Right in front of my friend's eyes, a staff member sneaked the receipt book into the back and literally falsified the documentation, scribbling a fake pickup date for the following week (July 4th) to shift the blame onto us. This is not just bad customer service; it is blatant, premeditated deception. If they are willing to alter receipts and forge dates right in front of a customer's representative to cover their own skin, imagine what else they are doing behind the scenes. The aftermath was even worse. The owner’s daughter, who claimed to be the "Head of Operations," called me. Instead of a humiliated, groveling apology, she was incredibly condescending and shameless. She actually tried to gaslight me, arguing that they altered the receipt with a fake date after I paid and left the store-as if committing fraud at a later time somehow makes it okay! She flippantly dismissed the situation, saying, "Oh, we should have offered you a discount, etc., etc." They showed zero empathy, zero accountability, and complete disregard for a 16-year-old girl's feelings. Thanks to their utter incompetence and disgusting behavior, my daughter was left completely heartbroken and deeply embarrassed in front of 150 guests at her own party. The staff and management at this location are completely bankrupt of integrity. They are liars, they are cheats, and they do not deserve a single cent of your business. Stay far, far away.

I avoid this location like the plague but when I do go they constantly prove the same crappy service, attitude and product. Paid $17 for this and a medium blizzard. Unbelievable !! And if anyone ever reads their DQ fan relations team’s (owners daughter) responses they are all the same and robotic and never resolves the issue
