  They gave me the wrong burger....missing bacon , lettuce, onion etc..upon realizing this I took it back to the counter...she looked and said right away ...we made a mistake here's your whopper. So if u knew u made a mistake, knew I was dining in...why wouldn't u bring it to me, instead of making me hobble trying to carry the tray walking with a cane back up to the counter. Then she pitched the other burger in the bin....what a waste, most places would have just given it to you. Plus new whoppers suck compared to the o.g ones ..guess I'll.stick to Baconators

  Food was amazing, the only problem was the service. I ordered a whopper and a poutine and the woman at the counter said something about "not having gravey", and "itll just be a little wait" which is fine because stuff happens and that's understandable. We finished our meal, still nothing. My boyfriend went up with the receipt and all she had to say was "we don't have poutine". It's not necessarily the fact that we didnt get a poutine, it's the fact that she initially said that it would be a longer wait, and then proceeded to say after the meal was finished "we dont have poutine", whatever that means.

  Drive thru experience took 15 mins at 5 pm. Employee having trouble hearing on speaker box so I can understand there were mistakes in our food order but not including toys in kids meals is unacceptable. Parking/pulling a drive-thru order for 16 chicken nuggets at 5 PM is unrealistic. They should have food on hand and ready at that time.
