  buffalo chicken was absolutely disgusting far to much sauce and buns were soggy and the chicken breading was falling off waste of money ..Not sure how someone making that would think thats good to go

  I did the drive thru today, the person working the window was a gentleman named Eli, he spoke really clearly and did not rush me, then, when I got to the window, he again was professional. I was super happy to hear they brought back the baked potatoes. Any drive thru would love to have Eli on their team!!

  I’d like to say first I’ve been coming to this Arby’s since I was a kid and im over 40 now so I’ve been coming to this location for years but I think tonight will be my last time coming. I sat in drive through for almost 20 minutes. There was only 2 cars in front of me. Then wait for my order. He asked do I want any sauces or condiments? I told him yes I want Arby sauce and horseradish. I receive nothing in my bag so I had to go in after pulling out and then I get home and my large fry only has like 20 french fries in it not even half way full. I live across town so I’m not going back hence why I say it’s probably the last time I’m driving all the way across town to get that kind of service and not a full meal that I paid for thanks for all the good years though cheers!

  The customer service at this Arby's is always on point. The staff are so friendly and always great you with a warm hello and a smile, something you don't see much any more. The food is also good 😊
