  I ordered the Thai Red Chicken Curry two days ago, and it was extremely disappointing. I paid nearly $18 after taxes, expecting a decent meal with a reasonable amount of chicken. Instead, the dish had only two tiny pieces of chicken, a few onions, and a very small portion overall. I ordered it specifically to get some protein, but there was barely any chicken in it. I called the restaurant to express my concerns and asked if I could return the food for a refund. The employee who answered refused to give me her name and told me that the manager would call me the next day. I never received a call or any follow up. After reading other reviews, I noticed that many customers have had the same complaint about the lack of chicken in their meals. That tells me this isn’t an isolated incident. Customers deserve to receive what they’re paying for. Charging premium prices while serving such a small portion with almost no chicken is unacceptable. Based on both the quality of the food and the poor customer service, I would not recommend this location.

  My go-to place for Thai food! I always order takeout and the food is always fresh, delicious and consistently great quality. The staff are friendly and I’ve always had a positive experience.

  I placed an order through Uber Eats for pickup and unfortunately received the wrong order for both dishes. Uber Eats was unable to assist because it was a pickup order and advised me to contact the restaurant directly. I didn’t think to check the order before leaving because I’ve never had a negative experience with this restaurant before. Today at around 1:00 PM, I called the restaurant to speak with a manager. The employee who answered the phone, Jay, quickly dismissed my concerns and told me to call back when the manager was in. When I asked when that would be, she simply said “tomorrow morning.” Considering the restaurant opens at 11:00 AM, I was surprised to hear that no manager would be available throughout the day. When I asked for a more specific time, she was unable to provide one and told me she was busy and that I should call back another time. I then asked if she could take down my name and number and pass my message along to the manager. She replied that she already had my number, but did not take my name or any details regarding the issue. I am very disappointed, not only by receiving the wrong order but also by the lack of customer service when trying to resolve the situation.

  The food in general is okay tasting (there are better locations), but paying $17 for chicken basil fried rice and having little to no chicken is a RIP OFF. The rice is very dry, with little flavour. Personality wise, the cook is careless and aloof that just wants the job to be done and over with. wouldn’t recommend this place, please save your money.
