Food still taste great but portion size is way less now. In food courts, they fill the container with rice. In this location (at least) when you dine in, they just give you 1 cup of rice which is very disappointing. This is my first time eating at Thai Express where I didn't get full :(

I just went there with my mom and two younger siblings and the guy Nim served us. He was so sweet and treated us with kindness, the place was empty but it was very pretty so we dined in. I am definitely coming here again the food was great and fresh with so much taste. I also recommend getting the fried dumplings they are soooo good. Thank you so much Nim!!❤️

Tried the chicken steamed dumplings and mango salad . It a disappointment for both. Chicken dumplings barrly had any fillings , literally felt like i was eating just steamed dough. Mango salad barely had mango . Never going back . Waited 20 mins for just these two . I understand if was lunch hour rush but still after the long wait the food was terrible

I ordered the Thai Red Chicken Curry two days ago, and it was extremely disappointing. I paid nearly $18 after taxes, expecting a decent meal with a reasonable amount of chicken. Instead, the dish had only two tiny pieces of chicken, a few onions, and a very small portion overall. I ordered it specifically to get some protein, but there was barely any chicken in it. I called the restaurant to express my concerns and asked if I could return the food for a refund. The employee who answered refused to give me her name and told me that the manager would call me the next day. I never received a call or any follow up. After reading other reviews, I noticed that many customers have had the same complaint about the lack of chicken in their meals. That tells me this isn’t an isolated incident. Customers deserve to receive what they’re paying for. Charging premium prices while serving such a small portion with almost no chicken is unacceptable. Based on both the quality of the food and the poor customer service, I would not recommend this location.

My go-to place for Thai food! I always order takeout and the food is always fresh, delicious and consistently great quality. The staff are friendly and I’ve always had a positive experience.
