  Very disappointing experience. The drive-thru staff member had a rude attitude and didn’t even take our order properly. The tacos were served cold instead of hot. Poor customer service and poor food quality. Definitely expected much better.

  Horrible customer service. When asked to upgrade the fries to a fry supreme, they said “we don’t do that” yet every other location does. When asked “why not”, I was told it’s two separate companies (burger is kfc but fries are Taco Bell”…. then why are you selling items from two different companies in the same location if you cannot mix and match?? I was also told to “hurry up and order” in the drive thru. This place sucks ass. Go somewhere else, any other KfC/ Taco Bell would treat you better and upgrade stuff. Again, I was willing to pay for the upgrade

  Wednesday Aug 26 2026, review being posted at 12:50 AM. Online Google says 2 AM for take out, on the door it says 1 AM for take out. These guys locked up 15 min before 1 AM and say it's closed when I arrived to pick up food.

  door says inside is open till 1am, they locked the door an hour early to “deep clean” the floor at 12. also called them to ask and they pick up the phone and don’t say hello or please hold, just put the phone down and hope you hang up after a few mins, and if you don’t they’ll just hang up themselves. when i brought this up to them at the window, they showed me the phone and said it’s not ringing as if id be calling in their face when im speaking to them. they don’t even understand a basic sentence when i said you guys hung up on me. night team absolutely sucks and doesnt know how to manage. 2 guys were standing there doing nothing when i got to the window, literally standing in front the phone, so they could have picked up the call and spoke to me.

  ⭐️ I went through the drive-thru today (August 12, 2026) at around 3:52 PM. I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas, one of which was a combo with cheese fries, along with a chicken supreme wrap. When I got home, I realized that both chicken quesadillas were missing from my order. I only received the chicken supreme wrap and the cheese fries. I was charged for the full order, including both chicken quesadillas, but neither one was provided. To make matters worse, I was not given a receipt for my order. It’s frustrating to pay for food that you didn’t receive and then not have a receipt to verify the purchase. Please make sure orders are checked properly before handing them to customers, and provide customers with their receipts.
