  Asked for guac sauce. Said it will be a 2 min wait and handed us plain guacamole. Customer service has disappeared lol

  Went through drive thru & simply asked for extra hot & fire sauce (specifically) & when I looked in the bag there was only 2 mild sauces & I told the lady at the window that she gave me the wrong sauces & she rolled her eyes, lied by saying they only had mild & walked away. When I asked the other lady there, she gave me a whole handful of hot & fire sauce which means the first lady was just being lazy & was rude for no reason. If she did her job correctly the first time when I asked for it at the speaker then I wouldn’t have to say a thing & if they didn’t have it just let me know. Terrible customer service on her part.

  Very disappointing experience. We arrived after an event for takeout- since this location shows takeout is open till 2am. They closed the doors on our arrival saying they close at 12am. We went through the drive thru, waited 30 minutes, and once we ordered we were told to go back around as our food will be ready in 2-3 minutes. We said we can just wait here since it’s such a short time, but they still told us to go back. We had to wait another 30 minutes in the drive thru just to pick up already ordered food. This isn’t a restaurant, it’s a fast food place. I then saw people going inside and I told them why can’t I just pick my food up inside, they didn’t answer. Very upsetting service, update your hours if you really close up at that time.

  I usually try to post positive reviews but this is the 3rd time this has happened. I ordered 2 tacos and a quesadilla with 2 desserts, and specifically ordered taco sauce for all 3 items and received NONE. Both "crunchy " tacos were soggy and the churros were rock hard. Door dash refunded me $1.19 but unfortunately I was unable to most of my food, cuz what are tacos without taco sauce?? Disappointing

  Food is good. But zero customer service! Messed up my order and the worker had absolutely no regrets! Made me feel I was eating in charity! Hightime the owner steps in and takes the feedbacks seriously! Pathetic service!
