  This is the worse Taco Bell in Brampton they do NOT KNOW what’s on their menu after I asked for a 4.49 box and was asked a whole bunch of bs question after I specifically told them what I wanted I than added a combo do my order and the staff proceeded to ask me if I want a drink with my order clearly they don’t know what a combo is my meal also came with 2 sides and the staff member asked me if I want two fries.. why would I want 2 fries what she should’ve asked me is what side would I like and there was a young lady in training good luck to her because with the amount of incompetence in that store she’s going to have a hard time. I did a separate order where I wanted to pay $10 on my card and the rest on cash and the gentleman making the food came over asked me what I wanted to do and I told him 10 on card and the rest cash this man proceeded to take my cash first which was a $10 bill and do the rest on my card THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I SAID. Moral of the story I will never be returning to this store ever again and I would not recommend anyone to go there those people are unprofessional as hell.

  worst customer experience you wait at the register for 10 mins just to put in a order which they mess up how do you forget popcorn chicken in a popcorn chicken poutine

  Ordered through Uber Eats and had a really disappointing experience. The nacho fries were soggy and lacked any crispiness, and the taco also arrived soft and unappetizing. Everything tasted stale, like it had been sitting out for a while. On top of that, both the quality and quantity felt below expectations. Definitely not worth the price this time.
