I waited close to an hour, only for the restaurant to ultimately cancel the order. The SkipTheDishes driver was at the restaurant for approximately 15 minutes waiting to pick up the order, only to have it cancelled on him there. That means the driver wasted their time and gas travelling to the location and waiting for an order that the restaurant had already accepted. If you don’t have the resources or capacity to complete an order, please don’t accept it in the first place. You had plenty of time to determine whether you could fulfill the order, and cancelling after making the customer and driver wait was extremely inconsiderate. A complete waste of everyone’s time and a very frustrating experience.

The sauce was as good as I remember growing up. And the service was as good as I remember too, Mariana was patient and very kind to us and my parents, my husband and I very much enjoyed the whole experience! Thanks so much Marianna!!
