  Kamal as our server—he was awesome. Super friendly, really quick with the refills, and just made the whole meal feel easy and relaxed. Everything came out exactly how we wanted it. It’s always a win when you get great service like that. Thanks again, Kamal!

  My husband and I are disgusted by our server, Jasleen’s behaviour today. We had our meal and my husband passed his phone with his CAA card to her and she walked away with it open to enter it in their system. After we got home a few hours later, my husband noticed a 5-star Google Review was ‘liked’ by this Swiss Chalet…a Google Review he never made. The manager said he would discuss with her to get to the bottom of it and never even took our phone number to follow up. We will never go back. There are other reviews very similar to this “great service by Jasleen’…we will be escalating further. The service was not great at all either. Wow.

  “Great customer service by jasleen” So interesting story, I made the mistake of handing my phone with my CAA card to our server to get a discount. While in possession of my phone, she went in and left this review for herself. The only way I found out was when the store liked the comment!! When I called the manager to report what happened, they advised me they will talk to her and get to the bottom of it. Not sure what that means but after some digging, it would appear the server has done the same thing several other times!!! Now I have to go through the rest of my phone to see what else could have been tampered with…. I DEFINITELY won’t be going back to this location. I also will be advising the very large group of others I know not to go there!

  I’ve been going to Swiss Chalet for a really long time, and it’s always been a place I keep coming back to. The atmosphere is one of the main reasons I like it so much. It feels comfortable, relaxed, and familiar every time I walk in. It’s the kind of place where you can sit down, enjoy your meal, and actually take your time without feeling rushed. The staff have usually been friendly and welcoming, and the service has stayed pretty consistent over the years. Whether I’m going with family or just grabbing a quick meal, it always feels like a solid, reliable spot. Overall, I really like the vibe there. It’s not just about the food—it’s the atmosphere and consistency that make it a place I’ve stuck with for so long.

  Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Swiss Chalet really delivered, and Tania made it unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, genuine, and completely on top of everything without ever being overbearing. That kind of service is rare. I ordered the seafood platter and it was phenomenal perfectly cooked, fresh, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can tell care went into it. Tania elevated the whole experience with her attention to detail, great energy, and timing that was spot on. Everything just flowed perfectly. This wasn’t just a meal it felt like a genuinely great night out. 5 stars without hesitation. I’ll absolutely be back!
