  Customer service is zero. Before ordering we confirmed with Submay maker that do we refill the small paper cup . She said yes. When we refilled twice she said by making ugly faces that you can’t refill. We asked that we already confirmed with you but still it’s okay we will pay. Than she charged us 2.93$ for refill small cup.

  I had a really good experience at Subway. Mehak was friendly and quick, and everything looked fresh and well-prepared. I liked how I could customize my sandwich exactly the way I wanted, with plenty of healthy options to choose from. The bread was soft, the veggies were crisp, and the overall taste was great. The place was also clean and well-maintained, which made the visit even better. Definitely a reliable spot when you want something quick, fresh, and satisfying.

  I’m a regular customer at Subway, and I’ve never experienced service quite like this before. Mehak truly stands out for her exceptional customer service. She is always friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure every order is perfect. What impressed me the most is her positive attitude and genuine care for customers—it makes a big difference and keeps me coming back. It’s rare to see this level of dedication and professionalism. Subway is lucky to have someone like Mehak on their team! Highly recommended for both the food and the outstanding service.

  I was served by Mehak today, she was absolutely wonderful!!! Great customer service greeted with a huge smile and she took the time to chat with me while she was making my delicious sub!! Definitely recommend this location food was fresh, location is super clean and Mehak was top notch customer service!! Thank you so much I will be back again 💛

  We ordered 1 foot long veggie patty and 1 foot long peri peri chicken sandwiches through the app for pick up. I arrived at the store exactly on my pick up time, 11:45am to puck up my lunch order. I saw that the order was ready at the counter but the crew member ( lady) was working something at the sink. I told her that I was there to pick up my order, she walked to the counter, no greeting or anything and with her wet and dripping hands hold my food package and gave it to me. She could literally see that the entire bag was wet with water but didn’t bother. I stood there for few minutes to see is she would offer to change the bag or apologize but nothing, stone cold, walked away. I had my 2 years old with me, I didn’t say anything and walked away. However, the whole experience felt extremely rude and unwelcoming. Mind you I live very close to this location, but this was the first time ever I ordered food from this location but I can admit that it was altogether a WRONG decision. I feel like I have wasted my money and would never go back to this location. The first and the last interaction went really well. May hire people who know a thing or two about customer service or train them well.
