After I placed my order, I was told the item was unavailable, but staff said they would not cancel the order or return the money. Keeping a customer’s money for something they cannot provide is completely unacceptable. The service was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you want to risk paying for food you may never receive.

I dont eat ham, so I asked her why , she said that's how she is trained .not correct due to religious beliefs. I will communicate this to the Muslim community. Its not correct. I walk out the shop n bought something next door.
