  I went this subway add 2am there is two girls working I want to wash my hands ask for washroom key she said it’s closed after 12am but same time 2 police officers came and ask for washroom she gave key to them but officers returned without used is it not a same law for public or authorities.

  I always have a great experience at this Subway. The customer service is amazing—staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The place is exceptionally clean, and service is fast and efficient, I got my order quickly without sacrificing any quality. The subs itself are well-made. Overall, top-notch experience from start to finish every time.

  I had a great experience at this Subway location, thanks to Ripanjot. The service was quick, friendly, and very professional. She made my sandwich exactly how I wanted and paid close attention to every detail. The place was clean, organized, and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back again!

  Absolute zero customer service. Short female employee was very rude today 04/16/2026 between 8:40pm-9pm. I get you are busy but you can't be talking like that to your customer. I just politely asked if I could choose the toppings on the spot for my online order but she refused any customization. She told me that she is too busy for that and it will take all day to do it as the store was super busy. Not sure how picking your toppings on the spot or her reading the order from receipt any different. So I wanted to cancel my order since she gave such an attitude and it was taking too long anyways. She refused to help with canceling the order or with the refund since there was no option on the app on my end. I asked few times for help but she kept being rude. I walked out the store without my order as I almost lost patience with her. I would never go back to this subway again.
