  Overall experience was good, but I'm very surprised they did not have any bottles of hot sauce to add to the flavor. This is the first Mucho Burrito I've been to, or any Mexican place for that matter that matter that did not have bottles of hot sauce to add on to the food. I'm from Ottawa and I realized that things differ as per region.

  Visited on customer appreciation day - got two burritos (chicken and ground beef) and they were both excellent. Highly recommend.

  I went to this location for the first time for their BOGO event today. Food was great but the service not so much. I ordered the crispy chicken bowls, the girl told me she would prepare the bowls once the crispy chicken was ready and I could have a seat. Then a group of 6 people walk in & 20 min went by, clearly she forgot about me even though I was sitting in clear sight. Then I eventually got my order prepared by another person and I said, politely/jokingly "she must have forgotten about me". When cashing me out, in another language, he told the girl & she said something along the lines "did u see how many ppl I have to serve". I didn't expect anything for free because of being forgotten but I did expect an apology: good ol customer service.
