  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Mucho Burrito, and I especially want to recognize Ritu for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. Ritu took the time to prepare my order carefully, made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and had such a positive attitude throughout. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely makes customers feel valued and appreciated. The food was fresh and delicious, but Ritu’s exceptional service made the experience even better. She is definitely an asset to the Mucho Burrito team. I’ll happily be coming back! Highly recommended — 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I ordered from this Mucho Burrito location through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. The rice was undercooked and had almost no flavor, and the same goes for the chicken—it was bland and lacked seasoning. There wasn’t even a hint of hot sauce or any real flavor in the burrito. Overall, this was one of the worst burritos I’ve ever had. Definitely not recommended.

  If I could give this place 0 stars. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. The food was awful—there was absolutely no flavour, and we couldn’t even finish it after taking one bite. We placed our order online, but when we arrived, it still wasn’t ready. By the time we finally received it, the food was so disappointing that we ended up throwing it away. It was a complete waste of money and time. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat. Never going back.

  Came to this Mucho Burrito with my kids and was honestly skeptical about ordering after seeing how dry, messy, and unappetizing the ingredients looked. The rice appeared overcooked and mushy, but I decided to give it a try anyway. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. The employee took chicken from the counter that appeared to have been sitting out and did not put it back in the fridge. She also offered vegetables that had been prepared for a previous order, and there was no way of knowing how long they had been sitting out. When we finally received our food, the very first bite tasted awful—something seemed spoiled or gone bad. I immediately told the employee, but instead of taking the concern seriously or checking the food to determine what might have been wrong, she simply asked me what it was. I told her I didn't know because I couldn't identify the ingredient, and she then asked me to throw the food out, which I did. The customer service was poor, but honestly, that wasn't even my biggest concern. What really bothered me was the apparent lack of attention to food quality, food handling, and the fact that a customer reported that something tasted spoiled. That should have been taken seriously, especially when you're serving families and children. Very disappointing experience. I hope management takes a serious look at the food-handling practices and overall quality at this location.
