  I had a great experience at this restaurant, and a huge part of that was because of Rajan, the supervisor and owner. He is an amazing, super professional, and genuinely caring person who clearly takes pride in making sure every customer has a good experience. I ordered the Louisiana Pepper Chicken Sub, and unfortunately, I had an issue with my food. However, what really stood out to me was how Rajan handled the situation. He personally took the time to listen to my concern and made sure the food was brought up to the quality standards I expected. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable for raising the issue and instead handled everything with patience, respect, and professionalism. Rajan’s hospitality really made a difference. He was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied. That kind of personal attention from someone managing the restaurant is something I truly appreciate. Even though I initially had an issue with my food, the way Rajan handled it completely changed my overall experience. His professionalism and customer service are the main reasons I would happily come back again and again. Thank you, Rajan, for taking such great care of your customers. You are truly an asset to the restaurant!

  Had an amazing experience at Mr. Sub! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Special thanks to Iqbal for the excellent service—he was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. You can really tell he cares about the customers. Highly recommend Mr. Sub, especially if Iqbal is serving you! Great food and great service. 🙌🔥

  Was pretty hungry and me and my cousin got veggie tex mex sub. Jass our server was very good and made our sub perfect. She also informed me the southwest Chipotle sauce contains eggs. Which i do not eat. When the mr sub site for allergies says no eggs for the Chipotle sauce. I will inform head office.

  The taste is good, but it’s even more delicious when it’s grilled.
