- DWDavey WaveyJul 24, 20264.0I love the store owners and the food but 1 thing really stings me sometimes. If the bun is not soft, throw it out & don't serve it! Otherwise use the stale bun for a toasted sub at least. I know we are corporate & there are protocols & corporations have their say to save money (even though they're making money hand over fist)......but seriously, too many times now have I ordered a sandwich due to my dismay where the bread is so damn stale it falls apart when it should be soft as a cotton. PLEASE prevent this from happening & I promise you, your company will do MUCH better as opposed to having disdain from your customers!!
