  We were seated by the host at 9:25 PM on Victoria Day, but no one came to take our order or even check on us. After waiting for quite a while without any service, when we asked- we were told the restaurant was closed at 9.30 PM and were told we couldn’t serve. It was disappointing and frustrating, especially since we had already been seated. I don’t even know that why there is an option of 1 star.

  It was my second time here and they have downgraded the services so much since. nobody attended us properly, no greetings anymore and they kept us waiting before they even served us with glass of water on a very warm day & have to wait too long to order food, felt like the staff was doing some kind of favour by serving us..

  Not a good experience. It took one hour to get our food. The grilled chicken was soggy, yes soggy, mushy, not grilled. The HP sauce lid was disgusting caked on sauce. Asked for the manager. She apologized and offered 2 free desserts. It took 45 minutes for them to come out which at that point we didn't even want them any longer. They were going to take off 20% on each bill. There were mistakes with 3 of 6 bills. In the end, she agreed to comp our bills. Manager came out at the end so we asked the woman we were dealing with was...she was the assistant manager. We've dined there many times with no issues. We were there for over 3 hours. Unacceptable food and service.

  My wife and I recently visited Montana’s BBQ & Bar and from the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and comfortable. What truly made my visit stand out was the exceptional service we received from our server, Anejah. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire meal. From the beginning, Anejah made sure we felt welcomed and took the time to explain menu options and answer my questions with patience. She checked in at all the right moments without being intrusive and made sure everything was exactly how it should be. It is rare to come across someone who provides service with such a positive attitude and genuine care, and Anejah made the experience feel personal rather than routine. The food arrived fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. Everything was prepared exactly as ordered, and you could tell care was taken in both the quality and presentation. Customer service can completely change a dining experience, and Anejah absolutely exceeded expectations. Her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression and turned a simple meal into a memorable visit. She represented the restaurant extremely well and made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, I highly recommend Montana’s BBQ & Bar not only for the food and atmosphere but especially for the outstanding customer service.   I recently visited Montana’s Bar & Grill and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing meal. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great overall vibe that made the visit enjoyable. What truly made this experience stand out was the exceptional service provided by Anejah. From the moment we were seated, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. She made us feel welcomed right away and checked in throughout the meal to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness really made a difference. Anejah was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave excellent recommendations, which helped make our meal even better. She was patient, efficient, and made sure our drinks and food arrived on time. It’s clear that she takes pride in providing excellent customer service and making guests feel comfortable. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Everything was well prepared, nicely presented, and the portions were generous. Between the great food and the outstanding service, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I truly want to recognize Anejah for going above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Excellent customer service like hers is the reason people come back. I would definitely recommend Montana’s Bar & Grill and will absolutely be returning again.
