I went twice to report it, and the manager on that shift was not only incompetent, but also openly racist and rude. When I asked for his name, he said it was Logan, though I’m not even sure it was his real name. Only when we were very upset did the order suddenly appear. This treatment is unacceptable. I will not return

Provider him some coaching to talk and behave to customers(if manager sees it). Who cones with kids and spend $30-50 almost every week with kids and family. While asking for dip, he said you have to pay, and how he assume I am asking for free at first place? Then after asking for dip even I said I will thats fine, he walked away, and watching me rudely from corner of his eyes. Weird!! Please teach your staff some kindness and customer service what actually they suppose to be doing at first place. (I can ask name and put in, but I am not putting name. just for kindness not mentioning name I dont want anyone to get bad time at his job, but please teach staff some kindness. I try not to come to this location Absolutely ridiculous Thankyou
- ECElle CApr 6, 20261.0⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. Yesterday, I ordered six hot fudge sundaes and a large fries, but everything was packed into one bag. The heat from the fries caused all the sundaes to completely melt by the time they arrived. This could have been easily avoided—hot and cold items should never be packed together. Basic packing practices were clearly overlooked. I hope the staff improves on this, as it seriously affects food quality.
