  Had my McFlurry order wrong twice almost like they’re doing it on purpose, Went in there to get an Oreo McFlurry with skor in it, First, they gave it to me without skor, I drove off But had to come back so that they could remake it with Oreo when they remade it and gave it to me it had smarties instead of Oreos so I had to go back and tell them to remake it AGAIN. Glad I had a mobile order receipt so I can show them that this is what I ordered.

  I was genuinely impressed. I ended up staying here for 4–5 hours to get some work done, and everything was on point. The team works fast and smoothly — almost no lines, orders move quickly, and the place stays clean. Big respect to the manager on duty. I saw him actively running the shift, giving directions, and even mopping the floor multiple times while I was there. Great leadership and a really well-managed location.

  Worst McDonald's. Came to dine in with my daughter on a day off school, the play place was locked and lights were off, the washrooms were all locked and they showed zero urgency to remedy the problem when I told them my daughter desperately needed to go to the washroom, almost causing an accident. Every table in the facility was terribly dirty and made it almost impossible to find somewhere to sit and eat. Both fountain drink machines weren't producing ice and 1 of them didn't even have drinks available either. I ordered a 20 piece nugget and a nugget happy meal for my daughter...they gave us 1 dipping sauce each (unbeknownst to me at the time of pick up) and when I went back to ask for more she said I'd have to pay for each additional sauce, which is obviously unacceptable. Overall pathetic facility. Everyone inside needs firing.

  I’ve been to McDonald’s at Bramalea and Sandalwood a few times, and it’s honestly a pretty average experience overall. The location is really convenient and it’s open 24/7, which makes it a go-to spot late at night or when you just need something quick. The food is what you’d expect from McDonald’s—burgers, fries, and nuggets are usually decent, and when it’s fresh, it hits the spot. It’s a popular location, so it can get really busy, especially in the drive-thru and during peak hours. From my experience, service can be inconsistent. Sometimes the staff are quick and efficient, but other times it feels rushed and a bit disorganized, especially when it’s crowded. The inside is okay, but not always the cleanest during busy times. Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable fast-food spot if you’re nearby, but don’t expect perfect service every time. It’s best when you go during quieter hours.
