I politely asked for a small accommodation on my drink just light ice but they made it into a big issue. One employee in the kitchen even yelled, “we don’t do accommodations,” which was honestly shocking. I stayed calm and respectful the whole time, so the way I was treated felt unfair. To make it worse, they gave me my drink with even more ice than usual, which felt intentional. Overall, the service was unprofessional and upsetting. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve basic respect.
