  I visited around 7 pm.Easily one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. The service is completely non-existent—no greeting, no acknowledgment, and the staff member didn't say a single word while handing over my order. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.To make matters worse, the coffee was served cold. It’s frustrating to pay for a hot drink and receive a cold one, especially when the service is this indifferent. Very unprofessional and won’t be returning to this location. I'll be choosing a different location where the staff is at least professional.

  They literally don’t know how to treat their customers I order the new Coke drink on drive thru and they gave me something else when I asked them to change it they all start laughing on me because I said cherry coke instead i really feel so embarrassed this is not the way to treat the customers and girl with glasses is so rude she being so rude she said take that drink back am not goona have that drink I’m already giving that drink to them and then they pull us on next window and didn’t gave us straw and no one apologised . They have worst staff.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the service at McDonald’s. As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I often have to wait outside for pickups, and this location shows zero consideration for delivery partners. Even in harsh, cold weather, we’re left standing outside for long periods with no proper system or urgency. What’s frustrating is that they consistently prioritize drive-thru customers while ignoring delivery orders. It feels like our time doesn’t matter at all. We’re also part of your business—without delivery drivers, many of these orders wouldn’t reach customers. Basic respect and efficiency shouldn’t be too much to ask. At the very least, there should be a fair system for handling delivery pickups, especially during extreme weather conditions. This experience needs serious improvement.
