  Fix your scanner. I want to scan my coupon at the register. Stop trying to steal my coupons, they are meant to be scanned. Even says it on the coupon. These coupons are meant to be reused. I cant reused them if you take them from me.

  Mobile Ordered a cappuccino and waited 6 minutes in the parking lot only to find out they were rinsing out their McCafe machine. Will never again visit this location.

  We love visiting this location, we've had the pleasure of being served by Harinder on multiple occasions. She is so friendly and attentive her service is always consistent. She is one of the main reasons my kids enjoy dining in. Her customer service is amazing. We were also helped by Terrence when we had an issue with the self serve kiosk. He made sure that we got the help we needed. Kudos to management for training these two employees.

  I had ordered three Junior Chickens from them but they only sent me one. On the receipt attached to the order, it correctly showed everything I ordered, but they only delivered one. I also ordered a small strawberry shake, but they sent me an snack size instead. I contacted them and told them I wanted a refund, but they said it wasn’t their mistake.If you’re not giving a refund, please change your staff. Change the order taker or your manager, and make sure they guide people properly, And next time, make sure you take the correct order. Lastly, this isn’t the first or second time this has happened. I’ve ordered from you three or four times, and every single time I’ve had the same problem. If I don’t get my refund, then don’t say no. If I leave reviews in every place. I am also attaching my order receipt with this email for your reference.
