  This KFC was a joy to go to, especially because Tawheed was serving our family! He made us feel comfortable & he did an EXCELLENT job executing our order! Tawheed should definitely be promoted!

  I visited this KFC location specifically for the advertised $10 for 10 wings promotion. When I got to the drive-thru, I was told I had to purchase an additional item to qualify for the deal. I pointed out that the advertisement doesn’t mention any such requirement, but the employee told me that this store was making customers buy something extra to get the promotion. If a location is adding its own conditions to a nationally advertised promotion, those conditions should be clearly disclosed before customers order. Advertising one price and then adding requirements at the drive-thru is misleading and frustrating. This experience felt dishonest and wasted my time. I hope management addresses this and ensures promotions are honored as advertised or that any store-specific restrictions are made clear to customers.

  I had a wonderful experience at KFC thanks to Renu. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly right and took the time to assist me with genuine care and patience. It’s rare to come across customer service like this these days, and Renu truly made a positive impression. Her professionalism and positive attitude turned a simple meal into a great experience.
